📋 Description

• Implements the comprehensive testing strategy for a given client • Ensures that the various components of the software solution are effectively tested • Monitors and confirms that end-to-end tests are conducted successfully • Collaborates with the project manager to establish the schedule for each implementation • Participates in preparing and presenting QA briefings to clients regarding the test strategy • Acts as the point of contact for the client regarding UAT and the test strategy • Meets with the client to plan and prepare UAT activities • Monitors and coordinates support activities during UAT • Manages test priorities directly with the client's UAT lead • Prepares and communicates status reports on QA progress including risks and mitigation plan to the project manager and client • Contributes to developing best practice guidelines for the test strategy • Leverages artificial intelligence to implement the most effective processes and tools for testing the solution • Ensures the tracking of QA measures • Manages and supervises the automation project for the client's implementation by closely coordinating with our offshore and onshore teams

🎯 Requirements

• A University degree in computer science, actuarial science or math, engineering, business or any relevant field • 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and minimum 5 years as a QA Lead • Excellent knowledge of Quality Assurance processes • Previous experience in testing software • Experience with agile methods will be considered an asset • Experience with working with offshore resources will be considered an asset • Strong working knowledge of industry standards and best practices for software testing • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as knowledge in the areas of technology and communications • Have a great attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
