📋 Description

• Perform detailed analysis of our clients' pension plan calculation rules • Act as the link between the client and the project team in terms of pension plan calculations • Configure in-house software to suit the specifics of the client's pension plan • Write specifications according to the needs and requests of the clients regarding new developments of the software • Ensure the proper integration of the software with other software that will be implemented for the client • Participate in the development of the specific testing strategy for software configuration and new developments • Participate in the review of test scenarios with the selection criteria required by the plan • Provide support to the quality assurance team • Collaborate in the development of the software by providing suggestions for improvement to the responsible team • Once the implementation is complete, provide customer service to users to ensure effective management of the software

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics or finance • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an appropriate field • Experience in pension plans calculations • Ability to understand and use current computer technologies and a good knowledge of Excel software • Recognized for analytical and summarizing skills, sense of organization and flexibility in managing multiple projects • Good initiative and problem solving skills • Ability to work both as a team and independently • Ability to establish priorities and meet timelines • Available to travel occasionally (Canada, US)
