📋 Description

‱ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solution Architects and Business Consultants, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement ‱ Build and scale the consulting services team to meet growing business demands and market opportunities ‱ Establish clear performance metrics, career development paths, and coaching frameworks to maximize team potential ‱ Drive knowledge sharing and best practice development across the team to elevate service delivery quality ‱ Oversee end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements from solution design through implementation, training, and hypercare ‱ Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed customer expectations ‱ Define and optimize service delivery methodologies, frameworks, and standards for both Solution Architects and Business Consultants ‱ Monitor project health, resource allocation, and capacity planning to maximize team utilization and client satisfaction ‱ Implement quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives across all engagements ‱ Serve as an executive sponsor and trusted advisor for strategic client accounts ‱ Build and maintain strong C-level relationships with key customers in the CPG industry ‱ Partner with Sales teams to scope, design, and win new consulting engagements ‱ Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and drive adoption of additional services ‱ Act as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product roadmap and platform enhancements ‱ Develop and execute the strategic vision for Managed Services and Consulting Services aligned with business objectives ‱ Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless customer experiences ‱ Provide thought leadership on TPM industry trends, best practices, and competitive positioning ‱ Drive innovation in service offerings, delivery models, and customer engagement approaches ‱ Contribute to go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and service packaging ‱ Leverage deep TPM and CPG industry expertise to guide complex solution designs and business decisions ‱ Serve as an escalation point for complex technical or business challenges during implementations ‱ Develop and share thought leadership content on TPM trends, best practices, and digital transformation

🎯 Requirements

‱ 8-10+ years of progressive experience in solution architecture, business consulting, or professional services within enterprise software or SaaS environments ‱ 3-5+ years in a leadership role managing consulting, professional services, or implementation teams ‱ Proven CPG industry expertise with strong understanding of consumer goods functions including demand planning, sales, finance, trade spend management, accruals & settlements, and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) ‱ Track record of building and scaling high-performing teams with demonstrated success in hiring, developing, and retaining top talent ‱ Client relationship management experience at executive levels with ability to influence and advise C-suite stakeholders ‱ Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, or business unit performance metrics ‱ Excellent communication and executive presence - ability to present to senior leadership, facilitate workshops, and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders
