📋 Description

• Reporting to the Regional Clinical Manager, you will be providing digital (video and/ telephone) counselling services for the TELUS health Employee Assistance Program (EAP) in Saskatchewan • Engage in solution-focused therapy, supporting a diverse range of clients and presenting concerns • Utilize a strength-based approach to empower clients throughout the change process • Address a variety of issues including risk, addiction, relationship difficulties, parenting, family conflict, grief, aging, depression, and anxiety • Deliver exceptional clinical services while embracing the TELUS Health culture of continuous learning • Efficiently manage administrative requirements in accordance with the client's EAP model • Effectively manage intake processes, conduct thorough assessments, and develop effective treatment plans • Work independently within a shared office space alongside experienced clinicians

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work • Registration with Professional College or Association • Ability to set short term objectives and use a solution focused approach • Ability to clinically manage high-risk cases, including clients who are a threat to self or others • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle a large volume of clients • Previous counselling experience working with professionals an asset
