• Perform detailed analysis of clients' pension plan calculation rules • Act as the link between the client and the project team • Configure the in-house software according to client's pension plan specifics • Write specifications for new software developments based on client needs • Ensure proper integration of the software with other software • Participate in the development of testing strategy for software configuration • Provide customer service to users post-implementation
• University degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics or finance • 5+ years’ experience in pension plans calculations • Bilingual in French and English • Ability to understand and use current computer technologies and a good knowledge of Excel software • Recognized for analytical and summarizing skills, sense of organization and flexibility in managing multiple projects • Good initiative and problem-solving skills • Ability to work both as a team and independently • Available for occasional travel (Canada, US)
