• Develop professional process diagrams for the future operating model and help stakeholders adapt their current processes • Build trust with stakeholders by demonstrating strong knowledge of project-related processes, operational applications, and the TELUS Business Solutions value chain • Contribute to project visions, charters, and major workstreams, ensuring quality requirements are met • Facilitate meetings and workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, progress, and achievement of objectives • Support stakeholders with change management and clear communication of impacts, demonstrating the future-state during process workshops • Plan and lead testing activities, communicate results, track defects, and ensure fixes are acceptable to stakeholders and the project team • Obtain stakeholder sign-off for activities such as process mapping and user acceptance testing • Provide post-launch support to promote stability and ensure smooth transitions • Regularly report project status to leaders and project managers, highlighting risks and mitigation plans
• Strong organizational and leadership skills • Highly motivated, proactive, and creative in initiating and leading projects and initiatives • Ability to work independently and excellent communication skills • Knowledge of waterfall project management, the Agile (SAFe) framework, the project development lifecycle, and development and operations practices • Experience with tools such as JIRA or ServiceNow, and methodologies like Kanban and Scrum • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft applications • Understanding of TELUS's organizational structure and how changes impact your project • Strong knowledge of systems that support the value chain of TELUS Business Solutions • Intermediate knowledge of English is required
