📋 Description

• Ensure that scheduled processes run as intended • Provide reports on recurring processes • Plan work related to new releases or patches • Ensure management of the backlog of incident tickets and service requests • Provide level 1 and 2 support, diagnose and propose solutions to user issues

🎯 Requirements

• 10 years' experience • Functional support (levels 1 and 2) for CEGID XRP • Ticketing: JIRA, ITOP • Accounting qualification required
