📋 Description

• Drive strategy for finance and budgeting domain while collaborating with Product Managers. • Work directly with engineering and design from problem definition through feature completion. • Define how Loop helps organizations set investment thresholds and align budget with actuals. • Partner closely with Tempo’s integrations team to connect Loop to ERP and financial systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years in enterprise finance, FP&A, ERP implementation, or financial systems consulting. • Hands-on experience with how organizations actually budget large programs, including the tradeoffs between cost centers, headcount planning, and CapEx vs. OpEx treatment • Familiarity with enterprise finance or planning systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, or similar) and where they fall short • Using AI in your work related to enterprise planning, financial forecasts and budgets. • Ability to sift through complex workflows and produce clear output. • Ability to write a crisp one-pager that earns alignment without calling a meeting. • Willingness to collaborate and share plans early with others.
