📋 Description

• Architect and lead the development of AI-intensive projects from initial research to production-ready design • Design and train state-of-the-art models utilizing multi-modal data • Develop sophisticated AI solutions to support biomarker discovery and therapy outcome prediction • Ensure all AI products meet stringent regulatory guidelines and quality standards for healthcare applications • Maintain Tempus’s position as a thought leader by publishing original research in high-impact venues

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. • 5+ years of industry experience leading end-to-end development of machine learning models • Demonstrated expertise in large-scale deep learning and training production-grade models • Experience in computer vision and multimodal modeling (pathology, multi-omics, etc.) is preferred • A strong track record of peer-reviewed publications in leading machine learning or computer vision venues • Proficiency in Python and the modern deep learning stack (e.g. Pytorch) • Strong product-level coding skills for model development
