📋 Description
• Accurately classify somatic and germline variants • Utilize in-house software tools to analyze clinical molecular data • Read and interpret scientific literature • Summarize genetic test results for clinical reports • Perform quality control for molecular reports
🎯 Requirements
• MS or PhD degree in Cancer Genetics, Human Genetics, or Biological Sciences • Prior experience in a diagnostic laboratory • Clinical report writing skills • Familiarity with human mutation databases • Proficiency in genome browsers and HGVS nomenclature • Oncology experience strongly preferred • Attention to detail • Excellent communication and writing skills • Ability to work in individual or group settings • Flexibility to adjust priorities based on workload
