📋 Description

• Lead the Government client in conducting strategic requirements review, acquisition strategy development, market research, Request for Proposal development, and other related procurement tasks as required • Review and evaluate requirements documents submitted to determine adequacy and sufficiency and make recommendations • Prepare solicitations, acquisition plans, source selection plans, and other documents required in accordance with regulatory and local guidance • Develop and prepare requirements documents (e.g., PWS, technical evaluation factors, performance plans, etc.) • Support the maintenance of the current acquisition databases and SharePoint • Develop Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), and Statements of Objectives (SOO) • Prepare modifications for various contractual actions to include, but not limited to, contracts, purchase/delivery/Orders, blanket purchase agreements, indefinite delivery contracts, as necessary • Respond to Freedom of Information Requests and Protest actions • Advise and assist the Government in the full life cycle of acquisitions and serve as the Subject Matter Expert for all acquisition matters

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen with a public trust clearance at the minimum • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Bachelors degree in business or related major • Proficiency in the use of standard office software and applications (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) • Strong analytical and statistical skills • 8+ years of federal contracting experience, preferably at the DoD • DAWIA (Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act) or FAC-C (Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting) level III certified • Extensive experience on complex, large efforts ($100M+)
