📋 Description

• Lead high-level workshops and stakeholder interviews • Navigate and arbitrate conflicting requirements • Translate business requirements into clear specifications • Plan and execute the RFP process • Facilitate vendor evaluations and selection • Build and present business cases to secure executive approval • Manage end-to-end DMS migration projects • Ensure strict compliance with pharmaceutical regulations • Lead cross-functional internal teams and external vendors • Provide transparent status reporting to executive sponsors • Drive enterprise-wide change management initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project or program management • Proven experience leading at least two full-cycle DMS deployments or migrations • Hands-on experience with GxP -compliant Document Management Systems • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory frameworks • Experience managing complex, multi-market programs • Strong stakeholder management skills • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification • Excellent communication, documentation, and executive presentation skills.
