📋 Description

• Постійний пошук та виконання нових точок росту для маркетингу на основі аналізу ринку або внутрішніх досліджень • Автоматизація, пошук нових способів оптимізації трафіку та скорочення time-to-insight • Створення та покращення MarTech-продуктів від discovery до повної імплементації • Підтримка інфраструктури A/B-тестів та ключових сервісів • Координація роботи розробників, аналітиків і User Acquisition-команд

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ рік досвіду у ролі Product Manager, Product Owner, Marketing Project Manager або Web Analyst • Розуміння Creative Production та тестування воронок • Знання Paid-каналів (FB Ads, Google Ads тощо) • Знання Affiliate-моделей (CPI, CPA, RevShare) залучення користувачів • Інтерес до growth-hacking й automation • Уміння пояснювати складне просто — від junior-маркетолога до C-level
