🎯 Requirements

• Hospitality professional actively managing or overseeing daily operations and guest relations • Direct experience setting, training, or enforcing service standards within a hotel, resort, or similar hospitality environment • Direct involvement in defining or upholding service standards at the property • Comfortable discussing daily operational workflows and staff management strategies • Relevant roles include Guest Experience Manager, Front Office Manager, Director of Operations, or General Manager
