📋 Description

• Execute purchasing activities for assigned commodities, materials, and services • Create and manage purchase orders to support timely material availability • Coordinate procurement activities with Teradyne contract manufacturers to support production schedules • Monitor demand, inventory, shortages, supplier delivery, and material availability • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) builds by coordinating material readiness, supplier commitments, and delivery schedules • Partner with engineering, planning, operations, and contract manufacturing teams on prototype, pre-production, and production ramp activities • Identify and mitigate supply risks affecting NPI build schedules • Collaborate with planning, manufacturing, engineering, operations, finance, supplier quality, and global teams • Analyze purchasing trends, supplier performance, inventory requirements, and supply risks • Support cost reduction, supplier optimization, business continuity, and continuous improvement initiatives • Resolve supply chain, logistics, quality, and material issues • Maintain accurate procurement records and follow company policies and procedures • Support supplier onboarding, qualification, performance reviews, and relationship management • Collaborate effectively in a remote environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field • English proficiency • 5+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or related fields • Experience with purchasing processes, supplier management, and procurement practices • Experience supporting contract manufacturing, NPI builds, and global supply chain operations • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems • Excel proficiency • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities while collaborating with global teams • Problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or relocation assistance
