📋 Description

• Create and implement customer support plans with cross-functional groups and customer maintenance teams to reduce equipment downtime and maintenance costs • Perform system installation, preventive maintenance, calibration, retrofits, training, and troubleshooting • Escalate service problems and own them through resolution • Provide technical expertise and value to customers • Answer customer inquiries concerning systems • Provide hardware development and consultation • At more senior levels, provide recommendations and input into next-generation product development

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in electronics engineering or a related field • Experience working with customers in the semiconductor test area is a plus • Good working attitude and willingness to work • Ability to work under high pressure and handle constant requirement changes • Testing or ATE experience is a plus • Fluent English is a plus • Experience in handler/prober hardware docking integration is a plus • Flexibility to support business trips as project requirements dictate • ATE experience with on-site support at OSAT is a plus
