• Provide technical support within the assigned area of responsibility • Perform analyses, tests, technical evaluations, proposals, assessments and reports • Prepare, develop, lead, update and/or document technical processes • Draft and propose updates and changes to processes and procedures • Update, maintain and produce technical reports and/or specific documents • Identify service needs and request material resources • Comply with and promote safety standards and procedures • Provide technical support to internal and/or external clients • Interface with internal departments and stakeholders • Identify applicable requirements through analysis • Plan and deliver training • Manage and oversee technology and infrastructure projects • Administer and respond to tickets related to operating systems • Support the definition of metrics and controls for server monitoring • Respond to tickets for problem identification and resolution
