📋 Description

• Own product design tasks end-to-end, from requirements understanding and solution exploration to high-fidelity UI, prototyping, and developer handoff • Design clear and intuitive user flows for a complex digital assets product, including states, edge cases, and responsive experiences • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on requirements, technical constraints, dependencies, and implementation details • Extend and maintain the existing design system, adding components and patterns as needed • Support the marketing designer with marketing-related design tasks and templates • Review the existing product and identify UX and UI improvement opportunities • Propose solutions to usability issues, inconsistencies, and friction points • Deliver iterative improvements to existing features and user journeys • Conduct lightweight research, competitor analysis, and design exploration when needed • Improve the product’s overall quality, consistency, and usability

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a similar role • Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, and design systems • Proven experience working with, maintaining, and extending design systems in a real product environment • Experience designing and prototyping complex digital products with multiple user flows, states, data-heavy interfaces, or transactional experiences • Ability to independently manage multiple initiatives, switch between different contexts, and deliver high-quality work from start to finish • Background screening checks may be undertaken following a conditional job offer
