β€’ Make outbound calls to warm leads generated by our marketing team (no cold calling lists). β€’ Engage with prospective students and clients in the USA, Canada, Australia, and UK markets. β€’ Understand customer needs, present course and service benefits, and close sales. β€’ Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up promptly. β€’ Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Excellent English communication skills (neutral or international accent preferred). β€’ Proven telesales / inside sales experience (US process a big plus). β€’ Confident, persuasive, and results-driven personality. β€’ Ability to work night shifts and maintain energy throughout. β€’ Comfort with CRM tools and quick adoption of new systems.
