âą Manage sales and build customer loyalty âą Greet and serve customers âą Guide and advise customers on products, their production methods and preparation âą Manage the department/section âą Open, close and maintain the department âą Perform quality checks on products upon arrival and verify correct suppliers âą Order and manage stock (perishability management) âą Set up displays and restock âą Oversee the premises and equipment âą Maintain hygiene standards on the premises in accordance with health regulations âą Maintain work equipment âą Assist with unloading deliveries and support general shop operations
