⢠You independently handle customer support queries via calls and emails, acting as the first point of contact during our service hours 8:30-17:30h CET ⢠Troubleshooting in case of late cancellations, non-attendance of the participants and other issues ⢠Collaborating cross-functionally with Key Account Managers, Product Managers and Marketing ⢠Handling customer and user requests via ticketing systems
⢠a permanent residence and work permit in Europe ⢠a background and experience in customer service or a similar office job ⢠excellent written and verbal communication skills in French (ideally native) and English, German is a plus ⢠a passion to deliver a first class customer service with a proactive, flexible and structured approach ⢠the capability to handle difficult customers or situations by offering solutions ⢠the ability to work under pressure in peak times and to meet demanding recruitment deadlines ⢠an adaptive capacity to new systems, processes and tasks ⢠the interest of contributing as a team player within a functioning team ⢠the eagerness to constantly develop in this long term opportunity
