📋 Description

• Manage intake, production, and quality assurance of event-related creative requests across Tether • Scope deliverables, formats, quantities, deadlines, dimensions, venue/vendor constraints, and brand requirements • Flag conflicting timelines, unrealistic turnarounds, and missing information, and propose workable plans • Brief designers with complete specifications and manage multiple concurrent event workstreams • Track active requests and surface bottlenecks before they affect event dates • Review print and digital deliverables for brand consistency, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode, bleed, trim, safe zones, file formats, and platform specifications • Catch errors such as typos, incorrect sizing, low-resolution exports, broken links, and outdated logos • Maintain a scalable quality-assurance checklist and process • Document and organize event assets, briefs, deliverables, vendor details, production specifications, and lessons learned • Anticipate vendor lead times, production windows, scope changes, and shipping delays; build buffer and contingency plans • Coordinate with vendors and print/production partners on specifications and delivery windows • Provide proactive status updates to stakeholders across requesting teams and design • Liaise between business requesters and the design team • Continuously improve the intake and review process

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a strong events component • Proven experience managing print and digital production processes • Knowledge of dielines, safe areas, RGB versus CMYK, bleed, trim, and print specifications • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent, cross-functional requests with competing deadlines • Sharp attention to detail • Experience reviewing creative work and giving actionable feedback to designers • Proactive, risk-first mindset • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or similar • Familiarity with design review tools such as Figma • Experience setting up shared drive structures or asset libraries • Fluent in English • Spanish or Italian is a plus
