• Lead the coordination of international events from initial concept and booth design to on-site execution • Act as the primary liaison between global venues, vendors, and internal stakeholders • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, overseeing travel and event logistics • Support the Expansion Team with budget reconciliation, expense tracking, and detailed performance reporting • Manage internal and external communications, ensuring brand consistency across English and Spanish-speaking markets
• Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management or Hospitality & Tourism Management • 5+ years of proven success in global corporate events or the professional event industry • Native or full professional proficiency in English and Spanish (bonus if you speak Italian) • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office • A solid grasp of budgeting, invoicing, and expense management • A 'no task too big or small' mindset, comfortable with high-level strategy and ground-level execution
