📋 Description
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch analysis. • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, perform backlog management and workflows for development teams. • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements. • Conduct extensive market research, including customer discovery to understand the value proposition of our product. • Ensure product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards; organize testing and feedback loops.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in a technical product management role. • Past experience in building or managing crypto wallets with DeFi features. • Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and get engineers, designers, and business stakeholders pulling toward the same outcome at the same time. • Expertise in agile methodologies - Jira, Asana etc. • Strong understanding of microservices, peer-to-peer systems, javascript.
