📋 Description

• Support U.S. payroll, HR systems, employee data management, compliance, and reporting • Process semi-monthly U.S. payroll accurately and on time across multiple states • Administer payroll-related state tax accounts and compliance requirements • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations • Support annual payroll and compensation processes and audits • Serve as primary administrator for BambooHR and maintain HRIS data integrity • Coordinate onboarding and employee setup processes • Support day-to-day People & Culture operations and special projects • Reconcile monthly benefit invoices against payroll deductions

🎯 Requirements

• 3 + years of U.S. payroll and HRIS experience • Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll • Experience administering BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel • Knowledge of payroll compliance and wage and hour regulations • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams • Based in the United States
