🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of engineering. • Operates independently. • Strong communicator, especially to non-technical audiences. • Breadth across the stack is a real plus. • Curious about the energy grid. • Prior forward-deployed, solutions-engineering, or consulting experience is a plus.
