📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of UK merchants end to end, from Sales handover through onboarding, adoption, and retention • Keep Attio current as the source of truth • Run migrations to TextYess from Klaviyo, Shopify Email, Brevo, and Omnisend • Manage domains, consent, templates, and related migration work • Build and launch WhatsApp and email campaigns and automations with merchants • Teach merchants to run campaigns and automations independently • Grow revenue through plan upgrades, new channels, and Autonomous CRM upsells • Represent UK merchants to Product and Sales • Follow technical issues through resolution with the platform team, Meta, and 360dialog • Carry a revenue number on the book from month 3

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or another client-facing role • Hands-on experience running email or CRM campaigns for e-commerce clients • Experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Brevo, Omnisend, or Shopify Email • Agency background strongly preferred • Experience with Shopify and DTC e-commerce • Ability to turn ROAS and attributed revenue into a commercial case • Track record managing a client portfolio, including renewal and upsell conversations • Native English or fully bilingual English at C2 level • Italian at C1 level or above • English and Italian are both mandatory • Nice to have: WhatsApp marketing or conversational commerce experience • Nice to have: marketing-platform migration experience • Nice to have: UK e-commerce network
