• Join TriumphPay, a member of Triumph Financial. • Lead software development teams and projects. • Mentor other developers and manage project timelines. • Engage with cross-functional teams for custom systems and applications. • Ensure solutions work in production, addressing risks and requirements clearly.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ year’s application development experience in a professional environment, with strong preference to Ruby on Rails development experience. • Full stack experience with one or more technology stacks, again emphasis on RoR. • Experience identifying customer’s business needs and providing both technical and non-technical solutions. • Experience leading a team of other developers. • Experience reviewing code and making recommendations for improvement. • Experience with agile implementation methodologies. • Leading an engineering team or running a consulting company (bonus). • Experience with functional languages like Elm, Haskell, OCaml, or Elixir (bonus). • Previous Logistics experience (bonus).
