📋 Description

• Design, build, and deliver accurate, high-quality online questionnaires meeting client specifications • Support the Client Service team by programming, testing, and troubleshooting online surveys • Program online questionnaires based on client/project manager information • Create surveys, set filters and quotas, manage languages, export data, and prepare reports • Define survey programming plans, timelines, required resources, and potential issues • Thoroughly test surveys and provide high-quality links to clients in coordination with project managers • Debug and correct coding issues • Consult with project managers and clients to optimize online surveys for respondents • Work night shifts supporting projects in different time zones, currently 8am–5pm UTC • Report to the Survey Programming Manager

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in the market research environment, survey programming and/or web development • University degree in Computer Science, IT or related field as an alternative to the experience requirement • Working knowledge of JavaScript and XML • Working knowledge of at least one programming language used for dynamic web development • Fluent English, both written and spoken • Knowledge of an additional language is an advantage • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines • Sharp attention to detail and drive to deliver accurate, error-free programmed surveys • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to independently identify root causes and effective solutions • Fast learner able to apply new technologies, platforms, methodologies, and project requirements • Ability to use AI tools effectively and responsibly for productivity, troubleshooting, scripting, quality control, and automation • Ability to validate AI outputs and follow company data-security requirements • Team-oriented communication and knowledge-sharing skills • Senior-level ownership and independence • Ability to anticipate potential issues, recommend solutions, and improve existing scripting processes • Willingness and ability to work flexible shifts • Familiarity with SQL platforms such as Confirmit, Decipher, or Alchemer is nice to have • Experience with SPSS is nice to have
