• Monitor and analyse brand health, industry trends, competitive landscape, and campaign performance through social listening tools • Build and refine complex Boolean queries to extract meaningful data • Interpret and report on social media metrics across platforms like Meta, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and others • Create and present data-driven reports and insights that inform marketing, product, and strategy teams • Provide strategic recommendations based on real-time consumer sentiment and social media trends • Maintain a strong understanding of country-specific target markets and cultural nuances
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Social Listening Expert, Social Media Analyst, Strategist, or Consumer Insights Analyst • Strong knowledge of key social media platforms and how users engage on each • Experience with analytics tools such as Brandwatch, Crimson Hexagon, Meltwater, Sprinklr, Synthesio, Talkwalker, Sprout Social, Digimind, Sysomos, or similar • Boolean query-writing skills for deep-dive insights • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights • A deep understanding of regional and cultural dynamics in social media behaviour • Native level proficiency in Turkish language (essential) • Professional level proficiency in English (essential)
