📋 Description

• Draft complaints, amended complaints, and other pleadings for plaintiff-side litigation matters • Draft and respond to interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admission, and other discovery requests • Conduct legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal research platforms • Prepare legal memoranda and case summaries • Assist with motion drafting, including motions to compel, motions for summary judgment, and related filings • Review case files and identify legal theories, causes of action, and potential litigation strategies • Analyze case law, statutes, and regulations relevant to active matters • Support trial preparation and case management activities as needed • Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to meet deadlines and litigation objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) or international equivalent law degree • 3+ years of litigation experience preferred • Demonstrated experience drafting complaints and discovery in U.S. civil litigation matters • Strong legal research and writing skills • Familiarity with state and federal court procedures • Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters simultaneously • Experience supporting plaintiff-side litigation strongly preferred • Proficiency with legal research platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
