• Draft discovery requests and discovery responses under attorney supervision • Assist with complaint preparation and filing support • Conduct factual investigations and document review • Organize and maintain case files and litigation databases • Manage document productions and discovery tracking • Prepare deposition summaries and witness files • Coordinate court filings and service of process • Assist attorneys with legal research and case preparation • Track litigation deadlines and maintain case calendars • Prepare exhibits, chronologies, and trial preparation materials
• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience • Experience supporting U.S. civil litigation matters • Familiarity with state and federal court procedures • Experience drafting discovery documents and litigation correspondence • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems • Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
