📋 Description

• Design and run evaluative studies including usability testing, preference testing, first-click testing, card sorting, and surveys. • Draft research plans, recruitment criteria, and test scripts aligned with product goals. • Conduct heuristic evaluations and apply System Usability Scale and other quantitative measures. • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data and synthesize findings into clear, actionable reports. • Translate research insights into design recommendations and success metrics. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers in Agile workflows using Jira. • Create and maintain artifacts in Figma and FigJam to communicate findings and proposed changes. • Evangelize research outcomes to stakeholders and iterate studies based on feedback. • Manage remote user research logistics and participant engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree and 5+ years of experience OR equivalent professional experience. • Demonstrated experience evaluating products and design concepts using methods such as Usability Testing, SUS, Preference Testing, Surveys, First Click Testing, Card Sorting, Questionnaires, Heuristics. • Experience with User Testing platform for both unmoderated and moderated studies • Experienced with Figma and Fig Jam • Experienced planning, moderating, synthesizes data into actionable insights, reporting findings, and evangelizes research insights. • Enjoys great research method debates and thrives on iterating based on feedback. • Naturally curious with demonstrated excellence in critical thinking and tackling complex situations and problems. • Excellence in written and verbal communication skills, including user, product team and stakeholder interactions and presentations. • Experience with Agile processes and tools including refinement, estimation (Jira) • Experience working with enterprise software in a fast-paced product team. • Nice to Have • - Experience with Qualtrics • - Experience with Advanced Quantitative Methods (Kano Study, MaxDiff, etc)
