📋 Description

• Manage paid advertising accounts across Meta Ads, including Facebook and Instagram. • Build, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta ad campaigns. • Manage campaign budgets, audiences, placements, creative testing, and conversion goals. • Analyze campaign performance and make strategic recommendations to improve ROI. • Monitor key metrics including cost per lead, cost per acquisition, click-through rate, conversion rate, ROAS, and overall campaign efficiency. • Create and test ad copy, creative angles, offers, audiences, and landing page strategies. • Develop and execute new paid advertising strategies for clients. • Use Google Ads as a secondary platform when needed. • Understand and produce client-facing reports. • Communicate campaign performance, insights, and next steps clearly to clients. • Collaborate with internal team members to achieve client goals. • Maintain accurate records of campaign activity, client communication, and optimization work. • Stay current with Meta Ads platform changes, paid social trends, tracking updates, and digital advertising best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns, especially Facebook and Instagram advertising. • Client-facing experience is required. • Google Ads experience preferred, but not the primary focus of this role. • Experience with lead generation campaigns strongly preferred. • Knowledge of eCommerce, retargeting, conversion tracking, audience building, and funnel strategy preferred. • Experience with Meta Pixel, Events Manager, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and campaign attribution. • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools preferred. • Ability to troubleshoot campaign performance issues and think creatively. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Comfortable speaking with clients on phone calls, video conferences, and in writing. • Ability to work independently as a remote contractor while collaborating with a team. • Meta Blueprint Certification preferred. • Google Ads and Analytics certifications are a plus. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. • Minimum 3 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns in an online environment.
