📋 Description

• Produce photorealistic real-time visual effects, including explosions, fire, weapon FX, smoke, clouds, and debris using Unreal Engine and tools such as Houdini. • Collaborate with Environment, Lighting, Animation and Design to support both artistic and gameplay requirements for VFX across gameplay and cinematics. • Help research new workflows and proactively contribute to documentation. • Ensure VFX content is performant and within budget. • Work with Leads and Production to estimate and plan VFX tasks for upcoming milestones, breakdown deliverables, and share updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Unreal Engine, Niagra and Blueprint. • Experience creating realistic and compelling VFX for Games, Film/TV, or both. • Understanding of in-game VFX performance, tuning and memory budgets. • Understanding of modeling, shading, and animation workflows. • Strong understanding of PBR concepts, strong understanding of physics. • Portfolio of real-time FX work, preferably in photorealistic style. • 3+ years of experience in VFX for games, visual effects, film, etc. • (Bonus) Experience with Houdini, 3ds Max, Maya, etc. • (Bonus) Experience with Python scripting. • (Bonus) Experience working in film/TV.
