📋 Description
• Produce detailed construction drawings, including sections, elevations, and wall typologies, for DoB approval. • Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution. • Develop high-quality 3D renderings using Lumion as the preferred software. • Create comprehensive schedules for doors, windows, plumbing, and lighting fixtures. • Model and maintain Revit models with accuracy, ensuring compliance with architectural and construction standards. • Ensure all designs are code-compliant, meet client expectations, and meet project deadlines. • Tag and annotate drawings to clearly communicate design intent and construction requirements. • Manage and maintain project documentation and deliverables with precision.
🎯 Requirements
• Advanced English Knowledge: upper intermediate, advanced or proficient. • Strong and verifiable engineering/architectural background and experience. • Knowledge in Design Software tools: such as AutoCAD, Revit and Lumion. • Ability to perform drafting, layout work, and straightforward calculations relative to all construction details. • Prepare drawings from supplied plans and sketches. • Provide timely updates for drawing completion and workload. • Experience and proficiency in drafting, and also using Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit for drawings, is required.
