📋 Description

• Manage the permitting process for construction projects • Ensure regulatory compliance • Coordinate with local authorities • Streamline permit approvals to keep projects on schedule • Interpret and analyze technical documents according to Department of Buildings processes and guidelines • Provide relevant work experience, past-role responsibilities, and motivation for U.S. remote opportunities during screening

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient English language skills • Advanced English required • Ability to interpret and analyze technical documents effectively • Professional attitude and ethical behavior • Solid written and verbal communication skills • Proactiveness • Ability to multitask and switch between tasks seamlessly • Solid analytical approach to solving complex issues • Organization skills and attention to detail • Ability to maintain thorough records of tasks, pointers, and process updates • Ability to identify pain points, bottlenecks, scope creep, and process improvement opportunities • Ability to identify, establish, and assign priorities • Ability to follow orders or specific instructions when needed • Ability to follow up and see tasks through to completion • Experience in engineering projects, residential and commercial • Familiarity with relevant regulations and codes in the US and the Department of Buildings (DOB) • Must have a computer (laptop/desktop) with internet access • Must be comfortable using Hubstaff time-tracking software • Must be a U.S. citizen or have a U.S. work permit • Must submit a 1.5–2 minute voice note in English during screening
