📋 Description

• Design and draft HVAC and plumbing systems according to project specifications • Read and interpret HVAC design drawings and schematics • Calculate detailed plans for plumbing or HVAC systems • Develop 3D models of HVAC systems using industry-standard software • Manage client-provided formats and project deliverables • Apply HVAC design codes and standards relevant to the U.S. market • Coordinate projects using Navisworks • Collaborate remotely with clients and project teams • Provide a portfolio and 1.5–2 minute English voice note during screening

🎯 Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience working with HVAC Design • Advanced proficiency in spoken English; fluent spoken English is mandatory • Hands-on experience in the U.S. construction sector • Ability to read and interpret HVAC design drawings and schematics • Ability to draft and calculate detailed plumbing or HVAC plans • Proficiency in HVAC system design and drafting, emphasizing plumbing and HVAC systems • Proficiency in thermal load calculation software: Hap 4.9 or superior, Trace 700, or DesignBuilder • Proficiency in VRF software from any manufacturer • Experience working with Navisworks for project coordination • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, including relevant 3D HVAC design software • Knowledge of BIM modeling techniques and software • Familiarity with U.S. building codes and standards for HVAC engineering • Portfolio showcasing previous projects • Own computer (laptop/desktop) with internet access • Comfort using Hubstaff time tracking software • Eligibility question regarding U.S. citizenship or a U.S. work permit • Comfort receiving monthly payments through Papaya Global or Payoneer
