📋 Description

• Design and draft HVAC systems remotely • Read and interpret HVAC design drawings and schematics • Draft and calculate detailed plumbing or HVAC plans according to project specifications • Develop 3D HVAC system models using industry-standard software • Manage client-provided formats and project deliverables • Apply U.S. HVAC design codes and standards • Coordinate projects using Navisworks • Collaborate remotely with clients and team members • Use Hubstaff time-tracking software and related project tools

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in the U.S. construction sector • Advanced proficiency in spoken English (mandatory) • Portfolio showcasing previous projects • 2 or more years of experience working with HVAC Design • Ability to read and interpret HVAC design drawings and schematics • Ability to draft and calculate detailed plans for plumbing or HVAC systems according to project specifications • Ability to develop 3D models of HVAC systems using industry-standard software • Ability to manage client-provided formats and project deliverables • Understanding and application of codes and standards relevant to HVAC design in the U.S. market • Proficiency in HVAC system design and drafting, emphasizing plumbing and HVAC systems • Skill in thermal load calculation software (HAP 4.9 or superior, TRACE 700, or DesignBuilder) • Proficiency in VRF software from any manufacturer • Experience with Navisworks for project coordination • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit • Knowledge of BIM modeling techniques and software • Familiarity with U.S. building codes and standards for HVAC engineering • Familiarity with Google Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Microsoft Word and Excel, Hubstaff, Zoom • U.S. citizenship or a U.S. work permit may be required for eligibility
