📋 Description

• Prepare precise engineering calculations, load path layouts, and construction drawings for residential and commercial building projects • Perform structural calculations for gravity, lateral, foundation, and retaining systems • Design wood-frame assemblies including shear walls, joists, and beams • Design reinforced concrete elements including foundations, slabs, and columns • Develop detailed structural plans, sections, and framing details using AutoCAD and Revit • Coordinate designs with architects, engineers, and project leads to ensure constructability • Ensure compliance with building codes including IBC, ASCE 7, ACI 318, and NDS

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering • 2 to 5+ years of structural design experience with a proven track record in wood and concrete • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software such as Enercalc, RISA, WoodWorks, or RAM • EIT preferred; SE/PE track is a plus • Professional attitude and ethical behavior • Solid written and verbal communication skills • Proactiveness • Multitasking skills • Analytical skills • Organization skills and attention to detail • Risk identification skills • Prioritization skills • Ability to comply with orders or specific instructions • Reliability and ability to follow tasks through to completion • English voice note covering relevant work experience, past responsibilities, and interest in U.S. remote opportunities • Work samples or portfolio in PDF format • Own computer with internet access • Comfortable using Hubstaff time tracking software • Eligibility to work remotely from Mexico
