📋 Description

• Initially focus on internal systems and develop a deep understanding of Managed Service Provider operations and core infrastructure • Serve as the team's technical anchor and solve complex technical problems • Design robust architectures for upcoming client projects with scalability, security, and performance in mind • Launch projects from scratch, making decisions about technology stacks, project structures, and deployment pipelines • Translate ambiguous client business requirements into production-ready technical roadmaps • Analyze existing codebases and legacy infrastructure • Evaluate cloud infrastructure to identify bottlenecks, security risks, and optimization opportunities • Bridge software development and infrastructure management • Join the internal MSP team to understand infrastructure, tooling, and operational workflows • Act as a technical consultant on client discovery calls • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers as projects scale

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, C#, or Java, with willingness to work across these ecosystems as client needs dictate • Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles • Proven experience designing distributed systems, APIs, and database schemas • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills • Proactive and organized approach to project management • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting • Detail-oriented mindset focused on accuracy and quality • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail • Ability to use Hubstaff time tracking software • Must provide a 1.5–2 minute voice note in English for screening • Own computer with internet access • Eligibility to work remotely from Colombia
