📋 Description

• Design robust system architectures for upcoming client projects, ensuring scalability, security, and performance • Launch projects from scratch, making foundational decisions on technology stacks, project structures, and deployment pipelines • Translate ambiguous client business requirements into concrete, production-ready technical roadmaps • Analyze and understand existing codebases and legacy infrastructure • Evaluate cloud infrastructure setups to identify bottlenecks, security risks, and optimization opportunities • Bridge software development and infrastructure management • Embed initially with the internal MSP team to understand infrastructure, tooling, and operational workflows • Act as a technical consultant for clients and join discovery calls to architect solutions for their needs • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers as client projects scale

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, C#, or Java, with willingness to work across these ecosystems as client needs dictate • Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles • Proven track record designing distributed systems, APIs, and database schemas • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills • Proactive and organized approach to project management • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting • Detail-oriented mindset focused on accuracy and quality • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail • Ability to provide a 1.5–2 minute voice note in English for screening • Own computer with internet access to perform the role's duties • Comfortable using Hubstaff time tracking software • Eligibility for U.S. remote opportunities, including U.S. citizenship or a U.S. work permit confirmation
