📋 Description
• Support enterprise architecture (EA) or configuration management documentation • Update system artifacts and technical diagrams • Maintain architecture repositories in federal IT environments • Collaborate across technical teams and produce clear technical documentation
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors degree (Business/IS/CS/Engineering or related) • 2+ years relevant experience supporting enterprise architecture (EA) or configuration management documentation, including updating system artifacts, technical diagrams, and maintaining architecture repositories in federal IT environments • Strong in system documentation and data validation across stakeholders, with familiarity in incident management and root cause analysis (RCA) • Experience using tools such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, or similar.
