• Analyzing performance, availability, operational metrics, and incident trends • Supporting cloud operations and lifecycle management
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors degree (IS, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related) • 4-7 years relevant experience in AWS and/or Azure • Strong in data analysis & reporting (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) • Experience supporting ITSM/ITOM (incident, change, SLA reporting) and disaster recovery tracking • Experience working within enterprise architecture/governance frameworks, supporting documentation and compliance
