📋 Description

• Develop the national strategy for Client Experience, Operations and Go to Market Strategy • Partner with Sales to foster a sales culture and provide world class sales enablement • Establish performance expectations for focus area with accountability measures • Establish workflows for national and regional engagement of value-add resources • Work with Marketing to create consistent client-facing documents • Develop national framework for regional execution of talent cultivation strategy • Maintain deep insurance company partner relationships • Drive regional State of the Client execution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, or related field required • At least 12 years of experience in insurance placement, underwriting, or brokerage with a significant portion of it in a leadership role • 15+ years experience preferred • CPCU, ARM, CIC preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
