📋 Description

• Manage and reconcile Ascend identifiers within our accounting partner system to ensure accurate, up-to-date records in the customer relationship manager platform (CRM) • Perform regular data audits between systems to identify and resolve discrepancies • Create and manage colleague profiles in insurance platforms • Coordinate offboarding access removal when applicable in collaboration with HR and the Operations team • Co-facilitate core tools training sessions alongside the operations lead • Lead content export projects and ongoing maintenance of training modules in Learning Management System (LMS)

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role • Strong attention to detail and data management, especially when working with data across multiple systems • Comfortable learning new software platforms quickly and in a fast-paced environment • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple recurring tasks simultaneously • A self-starter who takes initiative to identify problems and figure out practical solutions
