• 5+ years of commercial or benefits insurance production or advisory experience • Demonstrated success selling mid-to-large market commercial insurance programs • Strong consultative sales approach with executive-level communication skills • Established network and proven ability to generate new business • Deep understanding of commercial risk, coverage structures, and market dynamics • Active insurance license required • Bachelor’s degree preferred
