• Review and process contractor enrollment applications for wrap-up programs, ensuring compliance with program requirements. • Issue certificates of insurance and maintain accurate records in agency management systems. • Communicate with contractors, project managers, and internal teams to clarify enrollment requirements and resolve discrepancies. • Assist in monitoring compliance for subcontractor insurance and wrap-up participation. • Support senior team members in preparing wrap-up reports, audits, and close-out documentation. • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. • Contribute to process improvements and recommend workflow enhancements for efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, or related field preferred. • 1–2 years in insurance, construction risk management, or administrative roles (internship experience acceptable). • Property & Casualty license may be required or obtained within designated timeframe.
