• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, building long-term relationships with marketing executives and decision-makers. • Drive client outcomes by delivering consultative guidance, onboarding excellence, and proactive success planning. • Identify and close expansion opportunities (upsell and cross-sell), consistently exceeding revenue retention and growth targets. • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Technical teams to influence the platform roadmap based on client insights. • Deliver executive-level business reviews, highlighting ROI and uncovering new areas of opportunity. • Represent The Brief as a trusted partner in marketing innovation, showcasing how AI-powered creative automation scales results. • Document and share best practices, helping evolve our customer success methodology and mentoring junior team members. • Maintain thorough account tracking and forecasting in HubSpot CRM.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success, Account Management, or consultative Sales, ideally in martech, adtech, or enterprise SaaS. • Proven track record of managing and expanding large, complex account portfolios with executive-level stakeholders. • Strong commercial acumen with experience exceeding revenue retention and growth targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior marketing leaders. • Ability to connect marketing goals to platform solutions, demonstrating measurable business impact. • Deep curiosity about AI, creative automation, and the evolving needs of digital marketers. • A collaborative, mentoring mindset that raises the bar for the Customer Success team. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to navigate multiple priorities at once.
