📋 Description

• Deliver accurate and complete data for client deliverables • Ensure timely delivery of data in line with agreed schedules • Perform initial root cause and quality control analyses to identify issues • Develop and maintain ongoing data surveillance processes • Support new client onboarding by defining data delivery formats • Establish appropriate data delivery methods based on client requirements • Collaborate with internal teams for data sharing approvals • Validate, troubleshoot, and ensure successful test data sharing with clients • Build and maintain Databricks dashboards • Build, test (QA/UAT), and deploy code in Databricks and Snowflake environments • Troubleshoot data delivery issues and coordinate with relevant teams • Provide release notes to internal teams • Identify and implement optimizations in current processes • Support quarterly product releases

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 plus years of healthcare analytics experience • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred • Proficient in data manipulation tools (SQL, Python) • Data warehousing (Databricks), Snowflake knowledge a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment • Knowledge of process improvement, data delivery, and reporting automation
