⢠Join the tribunal team as an employment law advocate/solicitor/barrister ⢠Handle tribunal cases ⢠Manage claims day-to-day ⢠Draft pleadings, witness statements, and disclosure ⢠Collaborate within the team and with clients ⢠Cover cases across the UK as needed
đŻ Requirements
⢠Qualified solicitor, barrister or FCILEx with specialism in Employment Law ⢠Minimum few years post-qualification experience ⢠Experienced in Employment Tribunal claims, including litigation ⢠Proven successful track record in handling tribunal cases ⢠Excellent technical knowledge ⢠Clear drafting technique ⢠Ability to identify a commercial approach and understand client needs ⢠Personable and able to work well within a team
