• 3-4+ years supporting international clients (Australian, UK or US-based businesses preferred) • Experience setting up or improving internal systems, processes or SOPs • Confidence with bookkeeping / financial admin tasks • Experience with project management and CRM tools, i.e. Wunderbuild, Asana, or Excel • Experience with social media management, Canva and/or other design programs • Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail • Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills • Experience in the construction or trade industry is a bonus, but not required
